You're sitting in a cabana, the sun is setting and a cool ocean breeze is blowing. You adjust your sunglasses and reach over to pick up a chilled glass with a drink that refreshes you with each sip

Caribbean Punch

The only thing is you are not really in a cabana and summer is quickly disappearing. But you can surely still indulge in this drink of refreshing ingredients that will take you to an island in your head.

This drink is an extreme thirst quencher.

With a mix of coconut water, guava nectar, bitters, oranges and mint, it has ingredients are not only tasty but hydrates.

And let's talk about how mint just seems to make any drink feel sooo fresh and light? And with the guava.. oh my!!

Now all we do is mix and pour over ice. Grab your friends and enjoy the last few days of summer heat you may have where you are.

Refreshing Caribbean Punch

Ingredients (Serves 8)
  • 1 Orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups guava nectar
  • 2½ cups coconut water
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint
  • Angostura bitters (a few dashes)
  • Ice
  • 2 cups fresca
Mix coconut water, guava nectar together
Add orange slices, mint and bitters
When ready to serve add fresca
Pour over ice

  1. Indeed, it sounds sooooo refreshing... I wish we had guava nectar available, but it is so hard to find it here. Can you suggest me a substitute for that ingredient? Thank you in advance...

    1. Hi Hi. Any citrus would be a good sub in this case. I would try pink grapefruit here. Orange juice would be too boring.. hehe.
