Lazy Deconstructed Lasagna Recipe

Everyone loves lasagna. It's one of the major comfort foods across the globe. Creating a lasagna is a labor of love. I cannot tell you how many times I curse while making one from scratch. Burnt fingers from hot noodles. getting tired layering, then having to wait 40 minutes while it's in the oven while I peek in every 10 minutes.
Then watching it being devoured in 20 minutes just hurts my heart. (not my stomach though)
Sometimes we just don't have the time to put in that labor of love so this deconstructed (lazy) lasagna is an ideal choice for those times when we just want to cook quickly and eat.
There is no process of layering for this.
We simply cook the meat and then layer it onto our noodles and dive in.
The meat is cooked almost like I cook my meat for my regular lasagne.
With heated oil, I add my onions and my garlic, using my garlic press
When the onions are translucent, I add my beef cubes. You are free to use minced beef here also. I seasoned my beef about an hour before with my green seasoning
I cook the meat until it's brown, for about 10 minutes. If you use minced beef it would be less time.
Then we start adding our additions.
Then add tomato paste
You can add salt here also if you want. There is also the option of adding mushrooms, and any other vegetables you may add to your lasagne. Corn perhaps?
When meat is cooked. it's time to plate.
Throw some lasagne on a plate. Layer with some meat mixture. And layer with cheese
The sauce for this is just finger licking.
Here's to sometimes not having to stay in the kitchen long to make great tasting food.
