Restaurant Review: Tatu Asian Bar and Grill

March 27, 2013

Tatu is one of my favorite restaurants in the Hardrock. By their definition Tatu is an explosive celebration of Asian culture taking three of the most popular styles of cooking from the orient and bringing them together on a stage". I love not just the food but also the amazing ambiance that this restaurant provides.

There was a bit of a wait because it was Friday night but it was well worth it. Tatu is located at the sent real part of the Hardrock so there is much visual entertainment while waiting to be seated.
We were seated at the sake table since it was a few of us. Amazing. The table looks low but there is a section for your legs to hang down. After an order of few drinks dinner was ordered. They serve family size portions so there was a lot of sharing.
Grilled Chile garlic shrimp
Mixed vegetables
Mongolian BBQ duck
Crispy orange beef
Sesame chicken
Rice (one persons order)
The food was amazing!! Full of flavor. Service was great even though it was a busy night and our party was large. Our server was very pleasant, present and very helpful with suggestions.
With our check came some Cotten candy

I would gladly return and recommend Tatu to anyone.
5 out of 5 stars.
