Ingredients for a tuna salad are pretty basic. Most of these are everyday pantry items.
And the good thing about it is that the method is basically a "chop and mix" method.
Onion, corn, and scallions:
Then I add my drained and chipped tuna
Some pepper sauce
After mixing those together and ensuring they were incorporated, I added the remaining ingredients. Apples, raisins, red pepper flakes, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Your salad is done.
Now how do you eat it?

I also tested out my new light. I do a lot of my cooking late in the night. Before I even started blogging I cooked late. At 11 pm and I'm trying to decide what I want to cook for dinner. I got the Lowel EGO Digital Imaging, Tabletop Fluorescent Light Unit. (affiliate link. I may gain a few coins if you decide to purchase) There were some rave reviews on it from few other food bloggers, but I am not too sure if it is giving me so much better light.
Here is a side by side. I guess I can see the difference, but I am not overly impressed. I may need to practice with it more.
What do you think?
And how else do you eat your tuna salad?
